Situé au bord de la lagune Ebrié dans le district d'Abidjan, le Sofitel Abidjan Hôtel Ivoire vous ouvre ses portes avec 423 chambres & suites spacieuses et design avec vue sur la lagune ou le quartier chic de Cocody. Son spa, son fitness, son cinéma 3D, sa piscine extérieure ainsi que ses 4 restaurants et 5 bars vous invitent à la détente. L'hôtel vous accompagne pour vos événements professionnels et privés grâce à ses 19 salles de conférences modernes et équipées et son Palais des congrès de 1650 places. Le Sofitel Abidjan Hôtel Ivoire permet d' allier travail et détente. En plus d'être situé à proximité du centre-ville et du quartier des affaires d'Abidjan, il se trouve en effet à proximité des sites touristiques de Grand-Bassam ou d'Assinie. A 10 minutes de route seulement du Plateau, vous pourrez visiter également la Grande Mosquée d'Abidjan, la cathédrale Saint-Paul et le Musée des Civilisations de Côte d'Ivoire. Le jardin botanique de Bingerville se situe à 45 minutes en voiture.
Misson
Il est garant de la qualité du service offert au client, dans les différents bars de l’hôtel, depuis son arrivée jusqu’à son départ. Il assure la rentabilité des bars et l’excellence de l’expérience client, tout en encadrant l’équipe bar.
Activités principales
- Offrir à la clientèle un service de qualité tout au long de son séjour dans le respect des valeurs Sofitel et des référentiels de service.
- Animer, superviser et contrôler les différents bars (points de ventes, salons, banquets).
- Motiver les équipes du bar en les entraînant à un haut niveau de qualité de service.
- Optimiser le résultat économique du service en adéquation avec le positionnement de la marque et la maîtrise impérative des coûts.
- Initier de nouveaux projets et coordonner la mise en œuvre et le suivi.
- Proposer de nouvelles cartes de bar et aménager les points de ventes (changement de thématique…)
- Mesurer régulièrement la qualité des prestations offertes par le biais des commentaires clients.
- S’assurer de la fiabilité du chiffre d’affaires par des contrôles ponctuels.
- Optimiser les coûts des matières premières dont il a la responsabilité.
- Mettre en place les procédures permettant d’atteindre les objectifs fixés.
- Effectuer les fiches techniques pour chaque cocktail, veiller à leur réactualisation et à leur application.
- Minimum Bac+4 en Hôtellerie et Restauration avec mention complémentaire Bar
- Minimum 05 années d’expérience dans un poste similaire
- Connaissance approfondie des spiritueux, vins et champagnes
- Excellente maîtrise de la mixologie classique et moderne
- Anglais obligatoire
