Job Description

  • Greet guests in a friendly and professional manner and take beverage orders.
  • Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, including cocktails, beer, wine, and soft drinks.
  • Ensure that the bar area is stocked with necessary supplies such as glasses, garnishes, and ingredients.
  • Maintain a clean and organized bar area, ensuring adherence to health and safety standards.
  • Check customers' identification to ensure legal age for alcohol consumption.
  • Handle customer queries and complaints in a courteous and professional manner.
  • Collaborate with other team members to create a positive and efficient work environment.

Qualifications

  • Previous experience as a Bar Attendant, Bartender, or in a similar role is preferred but not essential.
  • Experience in customer service or hospitality is advantageous.
  • Understanding of cocktails
  • Customer service focus
  • A true desire to provide impeccable service
  • A creative, resilient and enthusiastic personality
  • Your Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) Certificate
  • The ability to be curious and listen to guests and the drive to make the impossible happen
  • The ability and flexibility to work various rostered shifts, including early mornings, late evenings and on weekends
