Join Our Team at ibis Styles London Gatwick Airport!

We're on the lookout for a Food & Beverage Team Member to join our friendly crew. You'll be welcoming guests in our open-plan bar and restaurant, taking and serving orders, preparing drinks, and making sure everyone has a great experience.

This is ideally a full-time position (40 hours per week) with a pay rate of £11.97 per hour, plus fantastic perks—including hotel discounts, a day off on your birthday, and more!

However, if you're looking for a 20-hour role, we're happy to split the position and bring on two team members!

Experience in hospitality is a plus, but what really matters is that you’re friendly, reliable, and up for the challenge. You'll be on your feet, chatting with guests and teammates, working a mix of weekday and weekend shifts.

Our hotel has 180+ rooms and welcomes all kinds of travelers—business guests, families, and holidaymakers—so it’s always buzzing with energy. We serve breakfast and dinner, meaning there are both early and late shifts available. Since alcohol service is part of the job, you’ll need to be 18 or older to apply.
