Descrição da vaga

Estamos em busca de um(a) Auxiliar de Serviços Gerais (ASG) – Vaga para Pessoas com Deficiência (PCD) para integrar nossa equipe. O(a) profissional será responsável por contribuir para a limpeza, organização e conservação das áreas públicas e de serviço do hotel, garantindo ambientes limpos, organizados e acolhedores, em conformidade com os padrões de qualidade, segurança e hospitalidade da marca.

ATIVIDADES

Realizar a limpeza, conservação e organização das áreas públicas e de serviço do hotel, seguindo os padrões de qualidade e higiene estabelecidos;
Abastecer os sanitários e demais áreas com os materiais necessários, garantindo a organização e o bom funcionamento dos ambientes;
Utilizar corretamente os equipamentos, utensílios e produtos de limpeza, zelando por sua conservação e uso adequado;
Realizar a coleta, separação e descarte adequado dos resíduos, conforme os procedimentos internos e as práticas de sustentabilidade;
Identificar e comunicar necessidades de manutenção ou quaisquer irregularidades observadas nas dependências do hotel;
Atender às solicitações da área, apoiando nas rotinas da operação.
Cumprir os procedimentos de qualidade, higiene, segurança, saúde e compliance, contribuindo para um ambiente

Qualificações

Ensino Médio completo;
Experiência na área de limpeza, conservação ou serviços gerais será considerada um diferencial;
Conhecimento básico sobre limpeza e organização de ambientes será um diferencial;
Organização, atenção aos detalhes e comprometimento com a qualidade;
Proatividade, responsabilidade e facilidade para trabalhar em equipe;
Boa comunicação e disposição para aprender;
Disponibilidade para atuar em escala, incluindo finais de semana e feriados.
