Objetivo:
Executar atividades de apoio à cozinha, auxiliando no pré-preparo e preparo dos alimentos, de acordo com os padrões de segurança alimentar exigidos e estilo da marca de atuação, para atender de maneira satisfatória às necessidades do cliente.
Atribuições e responsabilidades:
- Auxiliar no pré-preparo e preparo dos alimentos, incluindo lavagem, higienização, corte e organização dos ingredientes.
- Apoiar na produção de confeitaria (doces, bolos, etc.), quando necessário.
- Verificar validade e armazenamento adequado dos alimentos.
- Ajudar na montagem e reposição do buffet, coffee break e refeições dos colaboradores, prezando pela apresentação.
- Apoiar o controle da área e participar do briefing com a equipe.
- Manter a higiene pessoal, dos alimentos, utensílios e ambiente da cozinha conforme normas de segurança alimentar.
- Representar os valores da marca e contribuir para a personalização da experiência do hóspede, compartilhando informações com a equipe da recepção.
- Cumprir práticas sustentáveis relacionadas à coleta seletiva e uso consciente de água e energia.
- Executar outras atividades correlatas e, no caso de atuação em hotéis Combo/Tri Combo, desempenhar as funções para todos os hotéis envolvidos.
Mínimas:
- Ensino Fundamental;
- Conhecimentos básicos de cozinha e aplicação das Boas Práticas de Segurança Alimentar;
- Experiência na área.
Desejáveis:
- Ensino Médio;
- Conhecimento Básico de Cozinha;
- Inglês básico.
