Hotel de Categoria Premium, da Rede Accor, localizado na praia mais famosa do Rio de Janeiro, Copacabana,
Recepcionar hóspedes/clientes no balcão, identificando-os e prestando informações e esclarecimentos diversos (reservas, confirmação de passagem aérea, endereços/fones de locais, reclamações etc.), durante toda sua estada.
Realizar o check-in dos hóspedes, providenciando o preenchimento de ficha, procedendo à entrega das chaves e encaminhando-os aos respectivos apartamentos.
Realizar o check-out dos hóspedes, executando o fechamento das faturas, recebendo os pagamentos, bem como montando/organizando os respectivos processos.
Receber e direcionar ligações telefônicas para os departamentos adequados.
Garantir o cumprimento aos procedimentos da recepção, bem como efetuar os processos de faturamento e procedimentos de “Auto-Controle”. em situações emergenciais, cumprir os procedimentos básicos e acionar os responsáveis (pane na internet, falta de água quente, vazamento, falta de energia, etc.).
Efetuar backup de informática e os procedimentos do servidor. Mediar conflitos e intervir em situações críticas/atípicas, junto aos clientes/hóspedes, assim como reportar informações, anormalidades e problemas que ocorreram em seu turno ao superior imediato. Verificar itens de manutenção e segurança, mediante check-list, percorrendo as áreas/instalações do hotel e registrando irregularidades.
Alimentar o sistema com as informações de reserva do cliente.
Oferecer, pontuar e operar o programa de fidelidade de acordo com os padrões estabelecidos.
Gerar faturamento e emitir boletos bancários referente às NFs do dia conferindo os dados para posteriormente encaminhar ao setor ADM quando necessário.
Efetuar a passagem de turno, seguindo, rigorosamente, os procedimentos preestabelecidos.
Cursando superior em Hotelaria, Turismo ou compatível.
Pacote Office Internet.
