Your Role in the Story 

As Assistant Restaurant Manager at LENEA, LUURA’s all-day dining restaurant, you’re the Restaurant Manager’s right hand, keeping service smooth and elevating every guest experience. You’re a visible, hands-on presence on the floor, coaching the team, connecting front and back of house, and reinforcing LUURA’s and Paris Society’s operational standards, culture and brand values. 

Key Responsibilities 

• Support the Restaurant Manager in the daily operation of the restaurant, ensuring smooth and efficient service.  
• Lead by example on the floor, delivering exceptional guest experiences and maintaining the highest service standards.  
• Foster a positive, respectful, and collaborative team culture where everyone works together toward common goals.  
• Coach, train, and support team members, helping them develop their skills and confidence.  
• Conduct pre-shift briefings to ensure the team is informed, motivated, and aligned on service priorities.  
• Build strong relationships with guests, creating personalized and memorable experiences.  
• Anticipate guest needs, handle special requests, and resolve concerns professionally and promptly.  
• Ensure all team members have excellent knowledge of menus, beverages, promotions, and service standards.  
• Encourage thoughtful upselling and personalized recommendations that enhance the guest experience.  
• Work closely with the kitchen, bar, and other departments to ensure seamless communication and teamwork.  
• Support scheduling, onboarding, training, and performance development of the team.  
• Help maintain high standards of cleanliness, presentation, health & safety, and operational excellence.  
• Assist with stock control, ordering, and inventory management.  
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of service standards, SOPs, and guest satisfaction.  
• Support the management of costs, productivity, and departmental performance.  
• Promote a culture of accountability, teamwork, professionalism, and genuine hospitality.  
• Act as a true LUURA ambassador, inspiring colleagues through positive leadership, integrity, and a people-first approach.  
• Use guest feedback and operational insights to continuously improve the dining experience and team performance. 

Who We’re Looking For 

• Minimum 2-3 years of experience in a luxury hotel, upscale restaurant, beach club, or lifestyle hospitality environment in a supervisory role.  
• Passionate about delivering exceptional and personalized guest experiences.  
• Strong knowledge of food, beverages, wine, service standards, and restaurant operations.  
• A natural leader who enjoys coaching, developing, and motivating teams to perform at their best.  
• Confident leading service on the floor, engaging with guests, and ensuring every experience is seamless and memorable.  
• Able to anticipate guest needs, handle feedback professionally, and resolve issues with confidence and care.  
• Strong understanding of staffing, scheduling, stock control, and daily restaurant operations.  
• Comfortable supporting budgets, costs, and operational performance.  
• Excellent communication and organizational skills with a hands-on approach.  
• Fluent in English; additional languages are an advantage.  
• Well-presented, detail-oriented, and committed to maintaining the highest service standards.  
• Comfortable using POS and restaurant management systems.  
• Eligible to work within the European Union.
