We are looking for a night owl, someone who loves to work within a small team in a quiet environment during the overnight shift. The role requires someone with great focus and a solid understanding of the day to day operations of a hotel. You will be working mostly as a Night auditor and stepping up as a Night Manager 1-3 shifts per week according to schedule. Some of the key duties you will perform are:
- Ensure the safety and security of the property and the smooth and efficient running of the Hotel's overnight operation.
- Provide supervision and support to the Front Office team and other departments when required.
- Ensure strict procedures are followed for all cash/credit, accounting and banking procedures, issue of keys and guest confidentiality.
- Be aware of room availability and sensitively manage overbooking situations where relocations are required.
- Carry out reception duties as required.
- Assist, as required, calls for reservations.
- Supervise night lobby services including car parking, portering, room service, security and public area cleaning.
- Attend to any disputes referred, ensuring total guest satisfaction. Resolve disputes personally where possible; avoid referring the guest to another person; resolve the issue and offer recover; act quickly to draw the matter to resolution.

- High level of computer literacy- Excel and Opera Cloud experience preferred
- Previous hotel experience in Front Office, preferably as Night Audit and/or Supervisor.
- Responsible Persons Badge and Valid and current First Aid + CPR Qualification
- Highly motivated with excellent attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills.
- Always display a professional appearance, representing Pullman premium brand
- Ability to work a rotating roster including weekends & public holidays.
- Full time working rights in Australia
- Successful candidates will need to produce a current and valid National Police Check as well as Working with Vulnerable people clearance.
