Job Description

As our Assistant Night Manager, your tasks will include: 

  • Providing guidance and support to the team, managing hotel operations during the night.
  • To oversee the development of the team and ensure that all things positive and negative will be handled in a discussion/conversational manner as laid down by the company policies.
  • To ensure that all guests who visit the hotel receive a level of service and hospitality that exceeds their expectations by giving an added value experience through attention to detail and continuous customer focus.
  • Undertaking night audits and corridor checks to make sure everyone in the hotel is safe and looked after.
  • Maintaining strong working relationships and communicate with all departments, ensuring a continuous link between night and day.
  • To assist in the day to day activities of the front desk including check-ins and check-outs.
  • Perform any other related duties assigned by the Front Office Manager.

This role is based on a "four on, four off" shift pattern.


Qualifications

  • Confidence in all aspects of guest relations, receiving and recognising all guests including those who require special attention.
  • Two years experience in a similar role
  • Eligible to work in the UK
