Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Assistant Manager or Duty Manager to join our vibrant Front Office Leadership Team! In this role, you’ll work closely with all stakeholders to ensure the smooth operation of the resort on a daily basis. As the shift leader, you'll train and support team members while setting a standard of exceptional service for both external and internal guests. 

You’ll handle inquiries and feedback, ensuring the highest level of guest recovery. Promoting open communication and efficiency between departments is key, as is creating a positive work environment by motivating and inspiring your team. You’ll also represent Accor’s values and foster a culture that prioritizes workplace health and safety.

Additionally, you will assist with revenue optimization, prepare team rosters, and support the recruitment, training, and development of the Front Office Team. If you’re passionate about driving operational success and creating memorable guest experiences, we want you on our team!


Qualifications

  • Proven leadership experience in a resort or hotel
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with guests and team members
  • Confident and articulate communicator, skilled in negotiation and relationship building
  • Adaptable and responsive to change, with a flexible approach to challenges
  • RMLV and First Aid certification required (can be obtained after hiring if not already held)
  • Availability to work a rotating roster, including weekends, holidays, and evenings.
