• Responsible for the proper operation and maintenance of all machinery, equipment and engineering facilities of Novotel Goa Panjim and also ensure that there is no breakdown of the engineering systems.
• At regular intervals, inspect the working condition of equipment and engineering systems and ensure that all standards are maintained.
• Monitor and record utility consumption and assist the Chief Engineer to maintain efficiency.
• Assist the Chief Engineer to direct and coordinate the overall activities of the Engineering Department.
• Conform and adhere to the policies & procedures and rules & regulations as laid down by Novotel Goa Panjim in order to achieve the highest levels of guest service.

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field
• Minimum of 01 - 02 years of Experience in same designation
• Proven leadership and team management skills
• Strong project management abilities
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
• Good understanding of engineering standards and regulatory requirements
