Job Description

  • Oversees front office operations during their shift, ensuring smooth guest service and staff coordination.

  • Handles guest complaints, special requests, and emergencies in a professional and timely manner.

  • Supervises front office staff and supports them in delivering high service standards.

  • Coordinates with other departments (housekeeping, maintenance, F&B) to resolve guest or operational issues.

  • Acts as the hotel’s representative in the absence of senior management, ensuring all procedures and policies are followed.


Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Opera or Opera Cloud PMS
  • Experience hotels
  • Experience in a similar role
  • Approachable, accommodating, and upbeat.
  • You will be able to multitask and use your outstanding time management abilities to adhere to tight schedules while performing duties in a fast-paced setting.
