• Supervise and support the daily operations of the Housekeeping team, ensuring rooms and public areas meet hotel cleanliness standards.

• Coordinate with other departments (Front Office, Engineering, Laundry) to ensure smooth service delivery and guest satisfaction.

• Manage inventory of linen, amenities, and cleaning supplies with cost control in mind.

• Handle guest requests and complaints professionally, ensuring prompt resolution.

• Assist in staff scheduling, training, and performance evaluation; act as department head in the Executive Housekeeper’s absence.

• Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management or related field.

• Minimum 3 years of experience in housekeeping, with at least 1 year in a supervisory role.

• Strong leadership, team management, and problem-solving skills.

• Good command of English communication and computer literacy (MS Office, PMS).

• Detail-oriented, service-minded, and able to work under pressure and flexible schedules.
