Missions :
- Prendre en charge la gestion du service d’étages en coordonnant, contrôlant et planifiant l’activité du personnel d’étages
- Contribuer à la qualité générale de l’accueil des clients et de leur séjour, connaître leurs habitudes
- Gérer les matériels, stocks et fournitures des produits d’accueil et d’entretien
- Assurer une hygiène parfaite dans les espaces réservés au séjour de la clientèle
- Animer et encadrer les équipes des étages
Principales responsabilités :
- Management et animation d’équipe
- Accueil et intégration du personnel
- Répartition des tâches quotidiennes et périodiques
- Coordination et planification du travail de l’équipe
- Traitement des problèmes et anticipation des conflits
- Etre une source d’inspiration pour l’ensemble du personnel de l’hôtel afin de l’inciter à proposer des performances dignes d’un établissement haut de gamme
Technique hébergement :
- Procéder quotidiennement au contrôle des chambres
- Veiller au bon fonctionnement des installations
- Procéder aux inventaires (produits, linge, etc…)
- Veiller au respect des réglementations locales en matière de santé et de sécurité
Communication :
- Contacts avec les clients
- Interagir de manière positive avec les autres services afin de garantir aux clients l’accueil attendu d’un établissement haut de gamme
Qualités requises :
- Bonne compréhension des activités de contrôle de stocks
- Bonnes aptitudes à communiquer, à l’oral comme à l’écrit
- Capacité à travailler efficacement en équipe et sens de l’initiative
- Capacité à former les membres de l’équipe et à développer leurs compétences
- Excellentes compétences organisationnelles
- Excellente compréhension des activités de contrôle opérationnel et de planification
- Rapidité et efficacité
- Rigueur et méthode
- Sens du détail, de l’hygiène et de la qualité
- Discrétion
- Diplomatie et maîtrise de soi
- Aisance relationnelle
Critères indispensables :
- Bac à Bac +2, type Bac hôtelier ou BTS Hôtellerie Restauration
- 1 à 3 ans d'expérience, en fonction de la formation initiale et du parcours effectué de préférence dans le secteur du luxe
- Maîtrise de la langue du pays et niveau d’anglais professionnel
- Compétences informatiques
- Connaissance des normes HACCP
- Date de prise de poste : 1er avril
- Contrat saisonnier entre 6 et 8 mois
- Horaires entre 8h et 21h30
- Indemnité nourriture : 8.50 € brut par jour de travail
- Salaire : Entre 2 000 € - 2 300 € brut
- Contrats à temps plein : 35 ou 39 heures
- Prime d'intéressement collectif à partir de 3 mois d'ancienneté
