Als Assistant Front Desk Manager unterstützt Du den Front Office Manager in der operativen und organisatorischen Führung des Front Office. Du übernimmst Verantwortung im operativen Tagesgeschäft, triffst fundierte Entscheidungen und stellst gemeinsam mit dem Team die konsequente Umsetzung der Swissôtel- und Accor-Standards sicher. Diese Funktion richtet sich an Front-Office-Profis, die operative Verantwortung übernehmen, Entscheidungen treffen und auch in anspruchsvollen Situationen souverän agieren.
- Aktive Steuerung des operativen Geschäfts inkl. Gästebetreuung, Upselling sowie professionellem Beschwerde- und Feedbackmanagement
- Mitverantwortung für Führung, Schulung und Leistungsentwicklung des Front-Office-Teams
- Sicherstellung eines strukturierten Informationsflusses innerhalb des Teams sowie zu relevanten Schnittstellen
- Mitverantwortung für administrative und finanzrelevante Abläufe (Kassenwesen, Rechnungsführung, Credit Policy)
- Regelmässige Qualitätskontrollen sowie Einsätze als Manager on Duty
- Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung am Front Office, idealerweise in der Accor Gruppe, sowie bereits gesammelte Führungserfahrung
- Sehr guter Umgang mit Hotel-IT-Systemen (PMS Opera Cloud)
- Sicheres Verständnis für Front-Office-Abläufe, Kennzahlen, Qualitätsstandards und Revenue Management
- Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse, weitere Sprachen von Vorteil
- Belastbar, strukturiert und verantwortungsvoll
- Hands-on-Mentalität mit Blick für Details und operative Qualität
- Verbindlich im Auftreten gegenüber Gästen, Team und Schnittstellen
- Eine verantwortungsvolle Position mit klarer operativer Führungsrolle
