Le Novotel Brussels City Centre est situé dans le centre-ville de Bruxelles, à 550 m de la Grand-Place et du célèbre « Manneken Pis », des musées et des centres commerciaux populaires. Près du Marché aux poissons et de ses célèbres restaurants, les hôtels sont idéals pour un week-end de découverte en famille ou pour des voyages d'affaires.
- Tâches liées à l’accueil
- Accueillir personnellement et chaleureusement chaque client.
- Assurer les opérations liées à l’accueil et au départ du client
- Renseigner et accompagner le client tout au long de son séjour.
- Valoriser les différentes prestations de l’hôtel pour optimiser les ventes.
- Gestion de la facturation et de l’encaissement des prestations.
- Répondre aux appels téléphoniques et prendre les réservations
- Assurer les informations nécessaires aux services et collègues concernés
- Tâches liées à la communication interne :
- Suivi administratif du département (vérification des check-list, rapports, paiement et remboursement, etc.)
- Communication des instructions opérationnelles aux responsables des départements
- Tâches liées à la gestion d’équipe :
- Etre présent pour le handover et la passation des informations importantes pour les shifts suivants
- Responsabilité de la Réception en l’absence du Front Office Manager
- Accompagnement l’équipe sur le terrain, ensemble avec le FOM ou seul en son absence.
- Maîtrise du français et de l’anglais, autre langue appréciée
- Connaissance Excel (, Opera Cloud et ResaWeb sont un plus)
- Sens du service et de l’accueil
- Très bon relationnel, excellente communication (interne et clientèle)
- Organisation, rigueur et indépendance dans le travail confié
- Flexibilité et polyvalence
- Capacité de leadership-management d’équipe
