Job Description
- Support the daily operation of all Food & Beverage operations through the hotel.
- Assist with controlling departmental costs by assisting with stock control, ordering, inventory management and minimizing wastage.
- Coach, mentor and develop team members to build capability and deliver outstanding guest experiences.
- Ensure brand standards, service procedures and presentation standards are consistently achieved.
- Maintain high food safety, hygiene and workplace health and safety standards.
- Work collaboratively with all departments to ensure seamless service delivery.
Qualifications
- Previous leadership or supervisory experience within hotel Food & Beverage operations.
- A passion for delivering exceptional customer service and creating memorable guest experiences.
- Strong leadership and communication skills with the ability to motivate and inspire teams.
- Excellent organisational skills with the ability to prioritise in a fast-paced environment.
- Sound knowledge of food safety, liquor licensing and workplace health and safety requirements.
- Flexible to work a rotating schedule, including evenings, weekends and public holidays.
- A positive, proactive attitude and a genuine passion for hospitality.
