Assistant Food & Beverage Manager

• Ensuring the smooth operation of our food and beverage outlets, delivering exceptional customer experiences, and contributing to the overall success of our establishment.
• Assist in setting and managing periodical food and beverage budgets and forecasts.
• Analyze monthly P&L statements and reports, identifying deviations from business plan goals
• Collaborate with the Food and Beverage team to create attractive food products and improve food quality.
• Implement and maintain policies and standards for Food and Beverage operations.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and execute emergency procedures when necessary
• Train and mentor team members to deliver exceptional customer service.
• Resolve customer complaints and concerns promptly and professionally.

• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field preferred and minimum of 3-5 years of experience in food and beverage management.
• Proven track record in budgeting, forecasting, and P&L analysis.
• Strong leadership and excellent customer service skills
• Thorough understanding of food safety regulations and hygiene standards.
• Excellent communication skills in English both verbal and written.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
