•Assist F&B Manager in overseeing daily operations to ensure smooth and efficient service.

•Supervise staff in both front-of-house and kitchen areas to maintain high performance and teamwork.

•Provide excellent customer service and professionally handle any complaints or issues.

•Plan and schedule staff shifts to ensure optimal coverage and productivity.

•Support the training and development of new and existing team members.

•Ensure the restaurant maintains cleanliness, hygiene, and complies with health and safety regulations.

•1–3 years of supervisory or managerial experience in a hotel restaurant or fine dining setting

•Strong leadership, interpersonal, and staff training skills to drive team performance

•Excellent English communication skills with a service-minded attitude and attention to guest
