Nous recherchons un(e) assistant(e) organisé(e) et soucieux(se) du détail pour notre département Termes et Conditions (T&C) à Casablanca, au Maroc. Le candidat retenu jouera un rôle crucial en soutenant notre équipe dans diverses tâches administratives liées à la gestion des contrats et aux processus de conditions générales.
- Vous participerez à la rédaction, à la révision et à la mise à jour des documents relatifs aux conditions générales pour divers produits et services.
- Maintenir des archives précises et à jour des documents de conditions générales de vente et de la correspondance y afférente.
- Coordonner avec les services internes la collecte des informations nécessaires à la mise à jour des conditions générales.
- Aider l'équipe à préparer des rapports et des présentations sur les questions de conditions générales de vente
- Effectuer des tâches administratives telles que la programmation de réunions, la gestion de calendriers et l'organisation de dossiers.
- répondre aux demandes de renseignements des parties prenantes internes concernant les questions liées aux T&C
- Participer à l'élaboration et à la mise en œuvre des politiques et des procédures en matière de commerce et d'investissement
- Contribuer aux initiatives d'amélioration des processus au sein du département T&C.
- Solides compétences en communication écrite et orale en anglais et en français (l'arabe est un atout)
- Maîtrise de la suite Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Excellent souci du détail et capacité à traiter des informations confidentielles avec discrétion
- Solides compétences organisationnelles et capacité à gérer efficacement des tâches multiples
- Compréhension de base de la terminologie juridique et du langage contractuel
- 1 à 3 ans d'expérience dans des fonctions de soutien administratif ou juridique
- Baccalauréat en administration des affaires, en études juridiques ou dans un domaine connexe (de préférence)
- Connaissance des processus de gestion des contrats et des conditions générales
- Capacité à travailler de manière indépendante et en collaboration dans un environnement en constante évolution.
- Solides compétences en matière de résolution de problèmes et approche proactive du travail.
