Au sein des équipes de Revenue Management Centralisé Europe du Sud, l’assistant(e) Revenue Manager aura la responsabilité d’assister l’équipe de Revenue Manager au quotidien et de gérer des projets annexes selon les besoins annuels des managers.
DETAIL DES MISSIONS
Les grandes missions du poste sont :
- Soutien auprès des Revenues Managers :
- Aide à la mise en œuvre de méthodes RM afin d'optimiser le chiffre d'affaires selon les stratégies des établissements.
- Aide à la mise en place de tous les processus de revenue management pour les hôtels du périmètre (déploiement RMS, consolidation de données,..).
- Être en soutien des RM dans l’objectif d’atteindre leur objectif de chiffre d'affaires opérationnel.
- Analyser les performances des hôtels et proposer des ajustements de stratégie tarifaire.
- Soutien auprès des Managers de l’équipe sur des missions transverses :
- Gestion de projet : aide à l’atteinte et au bon déroulement de nos projets internes. Assister les managers dans l’animation, la coordination et la communication des informations.
- Aide à la création et l’amélioration de nos présentations et formations sur un format power point.
FORMATION / EXPERIENCE
- Niveau d'études : Master / MBA / Bac + 4/5
- Domaine d'études : Hôtellerie
- Expérience professionnelle : 1 an d’expérience
- Langues requises : Français, Anglais
COMPETENCES REQUISES
- Avoir un sens développé des enjeux liés au Chiffre d'Affaires :
- Diagnostic & analyse (approche analytique, compétences conceptuelles, bonne compréhension de l'environnement)
- Partage de sa conviction (persuasif, bon relationnel, très engagé, à l'écoute)
- Recherche des résultats (sens de la réussite, investigateur, proactif)
- Une expérience en Revenue Management.
- Savoir prioriser et organiser son temps efficacement (multiplicité/diversité des tâches, projets, missions)
- La connaissance des outils Accor serait un plus (TARS, FOLS, OPERA, IDeaS)
