Job Description

  •  Excellent experience and knowledge of Food & Beverage including Chinese      cuisine.
  •  Vibrant, creative, luxury mindset and results-driven.
  • Minimum 5 years experience in managerial role with luxury international chain hotel.
  • Bachelor's degree in Hotel Management/Hospitality Management or equivalent.
  • Exceptional leadership and interpersonal skills with a focus on creating a positive team environment.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices.

Qualifications

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Assistant Director of Food & Beverage to join our team at a prestigious French leading hotel in Malaysia.  This role supports the Executive Assistant Manager - F&B in managing 5 outlets (2 specialty restaurants) for all aspects of F&B operations.  This position is vital in delivering exceptional dining experiences and maintaining our high standards of service.  If you are passionate about delivering extraordinary dining experiences and are ready to elevate your career in a luxury setting, we invite you to apply for the Assistant Director of Food & Beverage position.
