Dans ce cadre-là, l’hôtel Le Royal Monceau - Raffles Paris, Palace entièrement rénové par Philippe Starck, est composé de 149 chambres et suites dont 3 Suites Présidentielles, d’un Raffles Spa & Wellness, de quatre restaurants : Matsuhisa Paris, dédié à la gastronomie péruvo-japonaise par le Chef Nobu, Il Carpaccio, italien étoilé en partenariat avec Da Vittorio***, La Cuisine connu pour ses petits déjeuners et brunchs d’exception, et Le Bar Long proposant une carte de brasserie chic tout au long de la journée, d’innovants cocktails et de délicieux tapas.
Le titulaire du poste assure l’assistanat du Directeur Général de l’hôtel.
Missions :
• Gestion de l’agenda
• Gestion des déplacements en France et à l’étranger
• Organisation des réunions et rédaction des comptes-rendus
• Interface téléphonique
• Relation avec le Groupe Raffles
• Participation à des projets transversaux
• Collaboration avec l’ensemble des services de l’hôtel
• Vous maîtrisez parfaitement le Pack Office.
• Vous êtes rigoureux (se), organisé(e) et réactif (ve).
• Vous maîtrisez parfaitement la langue française, avez une excellente orthographe, une bonne capacité rédactionnelle.
• Vous avez un niveau d'anglais bilingue est indispensable sur ce poste.
• Vous avez un grand sens de la confidentialité.
• Vous avez une capacité à travailler dans un environnement exigent
• Issu(e) d’une formation supérieure Bac +2/3 en Assistanat de Direction, vous justifiez d’une expérience similaire réussie dans un environnement international de 5 ans minimum.
