Dans ce cadre-là, l’hôtel Le Royal Monceau - Raffles Paris, Palace entièrement rénové par Philippe Starck, est composé de 149 chambres et suites dont 3 Suites Présidentielles, d’un Raffles Spa & Wellness, de quatre restaurants : Matsuhisa Paris, dédié à la gastronomie péruvo-japonaise par le Chef Nobu, Il Carpaccio, italien étoilé en partenariat avec Da Vittorio***, La Cuisine connu pour ses petits déjeuners et brunchs d’exception, et Le Bar Long proposant une carte de brasserie chic tout au long de la journée, d’innovants cocktails et de délicieux tapas.
Assurer au quotidien la coordination et le bon fonctionnement du service dans le respect des standards.
Assister le manager dans la planification du personnel et l’animation des équipes.
Veiller à la satisfaction client, traite les réclamations et en assure le suivi auprès de la direction.
Développer la vente additionnelle et contrôle la qualité des produits servis.
Garantir le respect des normes d’hygiène, de sécurité et de présentation du personnel.
Superviser l’entretien des équipements, la gestion des stocks et la réduction des pertes.
Participer à la formation, à l’évaluation et au développement des collaborateurs.
Assurer la gestion administrative du service et le respect des procédures de caisse.
Apporter un soutien aux autres services de restauration lors des périodes de forte activité.
Aptitudes personnelles
Présentation professionnelle, attitude positive et sens du service haut de gamme
Courtoisie, discrétion, intégrité et sens de la confidentialité
Dynamisme, motivation, adaptabilité et esprit d’équipe
Écoute client et anticipation des besoins
Compétences techniques
Excellente communication en français et en anglais
Maîtrise des opérations du bar et connaissance des boissons et cocktails
Leadership, sens de l’organisation et esprit commercial
Capacité à travailler dans un environnement challengeant, réactivité et souci du détail
Qualifications
Formation hôtelière ou en management (ou équivalent)
Maîtrise des outils informatiques et bureautiques
3 à 4 ans minimum en hôtellerie de luxe ou bar haut de gamme
