Realizar actividades de mantención correctivas y preventivas, garantizando el correcto funcionamiento de las instalaciones, máquinas, equipos. Apoyar en mantenciones correctivas de las maquinas de refrigeración, aire acondicionado, equipos telefónicos, maquinarias de cocina, gimnasio, habitaciones. Apoyar con las herramientas y materiales a utilizar en las actividades de mantenimiento. Realizar inspección de equipos del hotel y edificio. Informar si existe irregularidades. Apoyar en las mantenciones preventivas en base a plan de trabajo donde se abarque áreas de cocina, sistema de refrigeración, funcionamiento de bombas, generadores, chiller, entre otros. Informar de forma inmediata irregularidades. Cumplir con normativa legal vigente sobre el cumplimiento de normas de higiene. Colaborar con la limpieza, conservación y mantenimiento de oficinas y talleres de mantención.
