Estamos buscando un asistente administrativo analítico y orientado a los detalles para unirse a nuestro equipo en Ibis Cali. Como responsable del área administrativa del hotel, desempeñará un papel crucial en la supervisión de las operaciones de bienestar de nuestra organización, asegurando el cumplimiento de las normas contables y contribuyendo al éxito financiero de la empresa.
- Dirigir y administrar todas las funciones contables, incluidas las cuentas por pagar, las cuentas por cobrar y las operaciones del libro mayor.
- Preparar y analizar estados financieros mensuales, trimestrales y anuales.
- Supervisar el proceso presupuestario y proporcionar pronósticos e informes financieros regulares a la alta gerencia.
- Administrar y asesorar al equipo auxiliar del área administrativa, fomentando un entorno de trabajo colaborativo y orientado a objetivos.
- Implementar y mantener controles internos para garantizar la precisión e integridad de los datos financieros.
- Supervisar los procesos de cierre de fin de mes y fin de año, asegurando informes financieros oportunos y precisos.
- Analice los datos financieros para identificar tendencias, oportunidades de ahorro de costes y áreas de mejora.
- Gestionar y mantener la cartera del hotel en optimas condiciones, optimizando la gestión del capital circulante.
- Colaborar con otros departamentos para proporcionar información financiera y apoyar los procesos de toma de decisiones.
- Manténgase actualizado con los cambios en las normas contables y las regulaciones fiscales, asegurando el cumplimiento de la organización.
- Fuertes habilidades de liderazgo con experiencia en la gestión y desarrollo de equipos contables
-Formacion academica en, Contabilidad, Finanzas, administracion, o un campo relacionado
-Gran dominio del software de contabilidad, Microsoft Office.
