L’Hôtel Paris Bastille Boutet - un hôtel franchisé de la collection MGallery, premier hôtel 5 étoiles de l’est parisien, est situé au cœur du quartier Bastille dans le 11eme arrondissement de Paris. Ce quartier en plein essor propose un emplacement idéal pour découvrir notre capitale tout en offrant la possibilité de sortir des sentiers battus et de vivre une vraie expérience parisienne.
Ouvert en décembre 2015, l’Hôtel Paris Bastille Boutet s’installe dans un bâtiment de 1926, ancien siège de la maison Boutet, importateur de bois exotique puis chocolaterie. Le bâtiment a su garder son charme d'antan et propose désormais 80 chambres et suites dont 9 avec terrasses végétalisées et vue sur les toits de Paris, donnant à l'établissement un caractère unique. Le Spa Boutet offre à ses clients un moment de détente et de relaxation unique avec sa piscine, son sauna, son hammam ainsi qu’un espace fitness. Le bar offre une restauration légère et des pauses chocolatées à savourer dans une ambiance chaleureuse.
Vous accompagnez la Responsable Restauration dans la gestion quotidienne des différents points de vente : service petit-déjeuner, bar et room service. Vous participez activement à la qualité de l’expérience client, en veillant au respect des standards haut de gamme de l’établissement.
Missions principales
- Assister à l’organisation et à la supervision du service petit-déjeuner, du bar et du room service
- Veiller à la qualité de l’accueil et de la satisfaction client
- Participer à la gestion des équipes (planning, coordination, suivi)
- Contrôler le respect des procédures et des standards de qualité de l’hôtel
- Contribuer à la gestion des stocks, des commandes et des inventaires
- Participer à l’optimisation du chiffre d’affaires (vente additionnelle et vérification des budgets)
- Gérer les éventuelles réclamations clients avec professionnalisme
- Participer à la mise en place d’actions d’amélioration continue
Profil recherché
- Formation en hôtellerie-restauration (école hôtelière, Licence pro, Bachelor ou Master)
- Plusieurs expériences en restauration à différents postes sont un plus
- Sens du service et excellent relationnel
- Dynamisme, rigueur et sens de l’organisation
- Esprit d’équipe et capacité d’adaptation
- Bonne présentation et élocution
- Maîtrise du français et de l’anglais
- Indemnités nourriture mensuelles (187€)
- 13ème Mois après 1 an d'ancienneté et présence au 31 décembre
- Remboursement transport 50%
