Your Apprenticeship #wewilltrainyou

During your 3-year apprenticeship, you’ll actively support and rotate through all of our key operational departments – gaining a holistic understanding of the hotel world from day one.

• Year 1: Start by learning the basics in the operational departments such as Restaurant, Banquet Service, and Housekeeping, building a solid foundation for your career.

• Year 2: Get your first experience at the Reception, deepening your knowledge in guest services, front desk operations, and daily hotel management.

• Year 3: Focus on the administrative departments to develop professional expertise in areas like Sales & Marketing, Events & Groups, Purchasing, and Accounting.

On top of that, you will:

• Gain practical experience across all hotel areas, understanding the workflows and teamwork that make a hotel successful.

• Take part in special projects and events, giving you responsibility and space to grow your skills.

• Receive guidance and mentoring from experienced professionals throughout your apprenticeship.

• Be encouraged to bring your curiosity and creativity into all tasks – your ideas are welcome!

• You have a genuine love for the hospitality industry and enjoy working in a variety of hotel departments.
• You love interacting with guests and colleagues and are eager to grow both personally and professionally.

• You are ambitious and committed to making the most out of your apprenticeship.
• You are curious about perfect service, hotel operations, and guest experiences, and are motivated to learn new skills in all areas of the hotel.
