Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in setting up restaurants, banquet areas, and service stations.
• Welcome and assist guests in a polite and professional manner.
• Take food and beverage orders accurately and communicate them to the relevant departments.
• Serve food and beverages according to hotel service standards.
• Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and proper presentation of tables and service areas.
• Assist with buffet setup, replenishment, and clearing.
• Support banquet and event operations as required.
• Follow food safety, hygiene, and workplace safety procedures.
• Handle service equipment correctly and maintain it in good condition.

• Basic knowledge of food and beverages

Degree / Diploma in Hotel Management or any other equivalent Qualification.

Candidates must have successfully completed their Industrial Training
