Notre Responsable Commerciale est à la recherche d’un talent créatif et visionnaire en tant qu’Apprenti(e) service commercial (H/F).
Vous êtes un(e) passionné(e) de l’hôtellerie, et l’accueil est pour vous un « Art » ; vous aimez le contact avec la clientèle, et vos principaux atouts sont la communication et le relationnel, cette mission est pour « toi ».

Notre aventure :
Situé dans le centre-ville historique de Paris, l'hôtel Ibis Paris Bastille Opéra dispose de 305 chambres, de son restaurant "le génie sous les étoiles", d'un bar et 6 salles de réunion.
L'hôtel fraîchement rénové a opté pour un style cocooning et épuré.
Mission Principale
Assister la Responsable Commerciale dans sa gestion des demandes de réservations et leur suivi.
1. Opérationnel
- Accompagnement de la Responsable Commerciale au quotidien
- Accueil des clients, être à l’écoute, répondre à leurs besoins
- Coordination des taches auprès des différents services (restauration, hébergement, comptabilité)
- Inspection des salons, modifications ponctuelles à la demande du client
2. Commercial / Chargé de clientèle
- Rédaction de propositions commerciales selon la charte Accor
- Suivis de dossiers, modifications des prestations (relances téléphoniques & par mail)
- Prospection de nouveaux clients
- Evaluation de la qualité du service délivré (enquête de satisfaction) grâce à l’outil Trust You
- Veille concurrentielle
- Fidélisation de notre base
- Participation aux plans d’actions
- Vente des salons
- Participation à l’atteinte des objectifs, respecter la stratégie mise en place par le groupe
- Travail en collaboration avec le Chargé de Communication sur la stratégie digitale (community manager)
- Curieux(se) de l’univers de l’hôtellerie et du tourisme
- Aisance relationnelle
- Faire preuve de qualité de communication à l’écrit et à l’oral
- Réactivité
- Bonne présentation
- Savoir identifier et anticiper les besoins du client
- Capacité d’analyse
- Polyvalence
- Organisé(e) et rigoureux
- Maitrise informatique (bureautique + réseaux sociaux)
- 13ème mois
