Atender os clientes, de acordo com o estilo da marca de atuação. Prestar informações
diversas, de acordo com as necessidades dos hóspedes e práticas essenciais da área. Realizar check in e check out,
atividades de auditoria noturna (para o turno da madrugada), cobrança, reservas, atendimento telefônico e whatsapp, emissão de notas fiscais, zelar pela segurança e bem-estar dos clientes e
organização das áreas sociais.

Requisitos:
Afinidade com atendimento ao público e habilidades com informática.

Qualificações

Boa comunicação, facilidade e equilíbrio em resolver problemas, em situações inesperadas e em seguir normas, senso de organização e responsabilidade, buscar sempre o bom atendimento, estar aberto a mudanças e adaptação a diferentes perfis.
