AGENT DE RESERVATIONS (H/F)

Au cœur d’un quartier branché de qui vit au rythme des programmations musicales et sportives de l’Accor-Arena.
’Ibis Styles Paris Bercy est une véritable bulle urbaine au design street art.
MISSIONS PRINCIPALES :
L’agent de réservation assure la prise de réservation par téléphone, mail ou internet, ainsi que toutes les opérations qui s’y rapportent. Il développe et optimise les ventes de chambres en respectant la politique commerciale de la marque et de l’hôtel.
- Propose une réponse adaptée aux besoins du client
- Identifie rapidement le nouveau client et adapte son argumentaire de vente
- Assure le suivi administratif des réservations (de la prise de la réservation à la facturation)
- Procède à la prise de réservation selon le processus
- Saisit et confirme les réservations
- Connaît les services proposés par l’hôtel, informe le client sur sa demande et l’incite à les utiliser
- Contribue à l’optimisation du taux d’occupation et du prix moyen de la chambre
- Respecte et applique la politique tarifaire
- Pratique la politique du Revenue Management
- Communique et coopère avec les autres services
Parlons de vous :
Vous avez déjà une expérience en réservation, commerciale ou en réception.
Le sens de l’accueil et du contact, l’organisation, le dynamisme, l’écoute et l’analyse, la disponibilité, la réactivité, l’esprit d’équipe, tous ces points vous caractérisent,
Vous Maîtrisez les outils informatique et bureautique ((FOLS/ Résaweb)..)
Vous avez un bon niveau d’anglais (obligatoire), une 3ème langue est un plus.
