Como Adjunto/a de Dirección, trabajarás mano a mano con el Director/a del hotel para garantizar el correcto funcionamiento diario del establecimiento. Serás una figura clave en la supervisión de los equipos, la optimización de los resultados operativos y el mantenimiento de los estándares de calidad establecidos por Accor.
Responsabilidades principales:
- Apoyar a la Dirección en la gestión integral del hotel (alojamiento, recepción, F&B, mantenimiento y administración).
- Supervisar las operaciones diarias y coordinar los equipos para asegurar un servicio excelente.
- Gestionar la atención al cliente, resolución de incidencias y seguimiento de la satisfacción del huésped.
- Participar en la gestión económica del hotel: control de costes, reporting, previsiones y seguimiento de KPI.
- Asegurar el cumplimiento de los procedimientos internos, normativas de seguridad e higiene.
- Colaborar en los procesos de selección, formación y desarrollo del personal.
- Sustituir a la Dirección en momentos de ausencia.
- Impulsar iniciativas para la mejora continua de procesos y resultados.
Formación y experiencia:
- Grado en Turismo, Gestión Hotelera o áreas relacionadas.
- Experiencia mínima de 2–3 años en posiciones de supervisión o jefatura en hoteles, preferiblemente en hoteles económicos o de gama media.
- Valorable experiencia en hoteles del grupo Accor o en la marca ibis.
Competencias y habilidades:
- Excelente capacidad de liderazgo y de gestión de equipos.
- Enfoque operativo y alta orientación al cliente.
- Capacidad para trabajar bajo presión y resolver incidencias de forma autónoma.
- Habilidades organizativas, analíticas y orientadas a resultados.
- Flexibilidad horaria para cubrir turnos en función de las necesidades operativas.
Idiomas:
- Español
- Inglés nivel avanzado (imprescindible).
- Se valorarán otros idiomas.
Tecnología y herramientas:
- Buen manejo de herramientas ofimáticas.
- Experiencia con sistemas de gestión hotelera (PMS, channel manager, etc.); se valora conocimiento de Opera o FOLS.
