Job Description

Activity Facilitator

Job Summary:

The Activity Facilitator is responsible for organizing and managing sporting events and activities at the resort. This role involves coordination with various departments, budget management, and overseeing the scheduling of games and practices. The facilitator also works closely with coaches, staff, and guests to ensure smooth execution of all sports-related programs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Organize and manage sports events and daily activities.

  • Coordinate with internal departments to ensure effective execution of programs.

  • Manage budgets related to sports activities and programs.

  • Liaise with coaches, guests, and other stakeholders to maintain high levels of service and engagement.

  • Design and implement sports programs that align with the resort’s standards and generate revenue.

  • Ensure all activities are carried out in accordance with established health and safety standards.


Qualifications

  • 2 years experience in a similar role in a 5-star hotel environment / clubs.
  • University/College degree in a related discipline.
  • Excellent communication skills with full proficiency in English and Arabic.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft applications.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with ability to focus on guest needs.
  • Experience or certification in fitness.
  • Highly responsible, reliable, and adaptable
