Garantizas el correcto registro, control y seguimiento de facturas, gastos y pagos, velando por el cumplimiento de los procedimientos internos, la adecuada documentación de soporte y la fiabilidad de la información financiera.
Tienes iniciativa y trabajas bien de forma independiente, comunicándote de forma eficaz con los distintos departamentos del hotel y con proveedores externos, asegurando una gestión rigurosa, ágil y confidencial.
Reportando al Director de Finanzas será responsable de las siguientes misiones, no limitándose a ellas:
MISIÓN DEL PUESTO:
- Preparar, revisar, conciliar y contabilizar facturas y notas de gasto y gestionar estados de cuenta de acuerdo con los procedimientos de la empresa. Reclamación de diferencias.
- Control de provisiones y gastos anticipados para el cierre contable.
- Control y registro de las facturas de inmovilizado en el sistema contable.
- Creación y supervisión de proveedores aprobados en los sistemas.
- Programación y preparación de las remesas mensuales con todas las facturas válidas para pago.
- Verificación y control de costes de alimentos y bebidas con el seguimiento de los traspasos entre outlets y/o almacén central.
- Verificación de inventario mensual de los outlets activos.
- Control diario de los cargos de proveedores en bancos y conciliación de cuentas bancarias y Balance AP.
- Asegurar el cumplimiento de los SOP marcados por la compañía.
- Garantizar el cumplimiento de los procesos de documentación / autorización.
- Revisión de las transacciones de invitaciones diarias para confirmar que todas ellas tienen el soporte adecuado.
- Apoyo al resto del departamento en conciliación de ingresos, reporte de ventas y reclamo de deuda.
- Preparación mensual de los libros de IVA tanto soportado como repercutido.
- Asegurar el cumplimiento de los due date en los cierres contables.
- Soporte en auditorías internas y externas de la propiedad.
- Entre 1 y 3 años de experiencia en una posición similar, preferiblemente en hoteles de características similares.
- Licenciatura en ADE, Finanzas, Contabilidad o equivalente.
- Conocimiento sólido del Plan General Contable y de procesos administrativos y financieros.
- Conocimiento del negocio hotelero y de la operativa financiera asociada.
- Idiomas: español e inglés, hablado y escrito.
- Dominio avanzado de Microsoft Office / Windows, especialmente Excel.
- Valorable conocimiento de Power BI.
- Conocimientos avanzados de Opera.
- Capacidad de organización, atención al detalle y alto nivel de precisión.
- Habilidades interpersonales y capacidad de resolución de problemas.
- Persona altamente responsable, fiable y con gran sentido de la confidencialidad.
- Capacidad para trabajar bajo presión en un entorno dinámico y con plazos ajustados.
- Capacidad para trabajar de forma autónoma y en equipo.
