What you will be doing:

• Perform routine maintenance and repairs across electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and carpentry systems.
• Inspect and troubleshoot issues to ensure all accommodation facilities are in perfect condition.
• Respond promptly to maintenance requests to uphold guest comfort and satisfaction.
• Collaborate with the team to maintain high standards of safety and functionality.
• Assist in preventive maintenance schedules to minimize disruptions.
• Contribute to creating a luxurious and seamless experience for all guests.

• 1 to 2 years of prior experience.
• Diploma / Relevant degree.
• Strong interpersonal and problem solving abilities
• Ability to enhance organizational performance, clearly delegate tasks and responsibilities.
• Strong Operational/Technical Knowledge. 
• Relevant building maintenance experience is an asset
