OBJETIVO PRINCIPAL DO CARGO
Apoiar na elaboração e preparo de sobremesas e diversos tipos de doces, bolos, tortas. A partir das demandas recebidas, seguindo o padrão de segurança alimentar exigido.
PRINCIPAIS ATRIBUIÇÕES E RESPONSABILIDADES
- Apresentar-se pontualmente no horário designado pelo Chefe ou Supervisor do turno, com seu uniforme, cumprindo com os padrões de apresentação e higiene pessoal do seu cargo.
- Participar diariamente do Briefing que corresponde ao seu turno.
- Responsabilidades
- Preparar sobremesas e diversos tipos de doces do cardápio, a partir das demandas recebidas e cuidar da distribuição nos locais de consumo.
- Preencher sob orientação a ficha técnica de custos e preparo de novas sobremesas.
- Monitorar o consumo do buffet e providenciar a reposição de sobremesas, quando necessário.
- Requisitar a matéria prima necessária à preparação das sobremesas, definindo produtos e quantidades e encaminhando as requisições para aprovação.
- Recolher as sobremesas no final dos serviços, tanto no buffet, quanto na cozinha e encaminhar ao destino apropriado com segurança.
- Cumprir, integralmente, as boas práticas de segurança alimentar.
- Orientar o ajudante de confeitaria/padaria.
- Controlar a validade dos alimentos em estoque, registrando eventuais vencimentos, bem como descartar os itens em local apropriado.
- Garantir a execução dos processos e procedimentos do “Auto Controle” da área.
- Utilizar os Equipamentos de Proteção Individual e Coletivo (EPI’s e EPC’s) obrigatórios para a execução das suas atividades.
- Zelar pelos equipamentos e materiais sob sua responsabilidade
Cumprir o regulamento interno do hotel, as políticas e os procedimentos do seu departamento.
