Gabriela, Recruitment & Training Specialist, began as a Receptionist and now channels her passion into guiding newcomers and lighting that spark in them from day one. After trying another industry, she realised how much she missed the energy, the people and the joy of creating memorable experiences. After two decades on the move, working in hotels from Bucharest to Zurich, Markus is back where it all began: home in Vienna. 🇦🇹 Today, as General Manager of novotelwiencity and novotelsuiteswien, he reflects proudly on a 20-year journey with Accor that’s been anything but ordinary. "I grew up in a restaurant; as a child I would run between the tables entertaining the guests, so it’s in my DNA and I couldn’t imagine myself in a different industry," he says.
