• 新郎・新婦のご希望を聞き、似合うウェディングドレス・ タキシード アクセサリー小物をお見立ていただきます。
• ウェディングドレス・ タキシードのみではなく、お色直し衣装や和装やご両親の留袖やモーニングなど結婚式に関するすべての礼装のアドバイスも行います。
• ご試着のサポート。
• 商品の手配
• ドレスのお手入れ・簡単な手直し
• ブライダルフェアなどのイベントの運営。
• 衣装室への問合せメール、電話対応や来客応対。
• その他衣装・婚礼に関する業務のサポート

The main responsibilities and tasks of this position are as listed below, but not limited to these:

• Listens to the bride and groom's wishes and help them find a wedding dress, tuxedo, and accessories that will suit them.
• Offers advice not only on wedding dresses and tuxedos, but also on all wedding-related formal wear, such as color changing costumes, kimono, and parents' tomesode and morning dresses.
• Offers assistance for fitting
• Arranges the dresses and other accessories.
• Takes care and does simple alterations to dresses
• Email inquiries regarding costume, answer phone calls and visitors.
• Support for other costume and wedding related services

We are looking for a well-organized and creative candidate with excellent communication and interpersonal skills, who is able to display a “Quality in life” and work in a dynamic environment. In addition, the candidate should possess:

• Able to provide guidance and suggestions to guests.
• Boutique room or bridal work experience (not limited to hotels) is an excellent.
  Mandatory to be interested in the bridal industry and learn more about the industry in the future
• PC skills: basic Word and Excel operations
• Excellent Japanese written and communication skills
• Good interpersonal and proposal skills
• Responsibility and Reliability
• Attentive and courteous to guest request

Physical Aspects of Position: Physical aspects of the position include but are not limited to the following:

• There will be some physical work during fitting support and delivery
• This includes going down and up stairs and packing jobs
