1. Brand Creative Vision & Identity Leadership
- Define and maintain a distinctive creative vision for each brand, ensuring a seamless expression across the entire guest journey—from inspiration to post-stay engagement.
- Lead the development of each brand’s full identity ecosystem—including visual identity, tone of voice, brand personality, motion design, and all brand collaterals—ensuring coherence, distinctiveness, and scalability across touchpoints. (including Website)
- Establish and uphold art direction and creative standards, ensuring consistency across all communications and brand expressions to reinforce brand equity.
- Lead the continuous evolution and governance of brand websites, ensuring alignment with the brand platform, tone of voice, and overall look & feel, while positioning all digital content as a cohesive and consistent expression of the brand.
2. Integrated Campaigns & Guest-Centric Storytelling
- Lead the development of full-funnel brand campaigns, grounded in guest insights, cultural trends, travel behaviors, and competitive hospitality landscapes. (multi touchpoints)
- Craft compelling Full Funnel briefs and storytelling platforms that inspire travel, elevate brand perception, and drive both awareness and conversion (including all channels and OTA environments).
- Curate and direct a best-in-class ecosystem of agencies, creators, and storytellers to deliver impactful campaigns across all guest-facing channels.
- Developp the content CRM Campaign (design system, tone, messaging framework, Look & Feel)
3. Content Ecosystem alignement
- Oversee the development of a cohesive content ecosystem ( 360° assets), ensuring alignment across brand storytelling, digital platforms, social media, partnerships, and loyalty programs.
- Drive the creation of scalable and adaptable brand assets (campaigns, templates, motion, editorial content) to support global and local market needs.
- Ensure consistency and quality of messaging and creative assets across all paid, owned, and earned channels, strengthening brand visibility and engagement.
4. Creative Governance, Innovation & Performance
- Lead global creative governance, ensuring alignment across regions, brand teams, and partners while enabling local relevance and cultural nuance.
- Champion innovation by integrating emerging technologies, data, and new content formats to enhance premium hospitality storytelling.
- Define and track performance metrics, adopting a test-and-learn approach to continuously improve brand impact, guest engagement, and commercial outcomes.
5. Web, app and direct digital brand experience
- Partner with Digital, E-commerce, UX, and Content teams to shape the brand experience across web and app touchpoints
- Ensure the brand is expressed consistently and powerfully in direct digital environments, from inspiration to conversion
- Influence content architecture, landing pages, merchandising, campaign integration, and storytelling across brand-owned platforms
- Contribute to improving the user journey, conversion quality, and content effectiveness in partnership with enterprise teams
- Champion a guest-centric view of digital journeys, balancing brand expression, simplicity, and commercial performance
6. Leadership, Stakeholder Management & Budget Ownership
- Lead, inspire, and develop cross-functional and creative teams, fostering a culture of excellence, collaboration, and innovation across global and regional structures.
- Manage key internal and external stakeholders—including brand teams, agencies, and strategic partners—ensuring alignment, clarity, and high-quality execution.
- Oversee budgets and resource allocation, optimizing investments across campaigns, content, and creative development to maximize brand impact and return on investment.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
- Minimum of 10-15 years of progressive marketing experience, with at least 5 years in a senior
- leadership role in a global firm in the hospitality industry
- Proven track record of developing and executing successful global marketing strategies in a Premium brand environment.
- Strong creative abilities
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to think strategically and execute tactically.
- Experience managing large budgets and delivering results within budgetary constraints.
- Thinking in Full Funnel & one agency approach
- Previous experience in Premium brands required
- Global experience required
