Job Description

T&C Executive is responsible for supporting the day-to-day operations of the Human Resources department. This includes recruitment and onboarding, employee relations, training and development, HR policy implementation, and maintaining employee records. The HR Executive plays a vital role in fostering a productive and compliant work environment.

  • Key Responsibilities:

    • Ensure adherence to labor laws and company policies.

    • Support audits and ensure compliance with internal and external regulations.

  • Payroll Support:

    • Assist with timekeeping and attendance records.

    • Coordinate with the finance department for payroll processing inputs.


Qualifications

 

  • A Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a closely related field is mandatory.

  • A minimum of 3–5 years of substantive experience in a professional HR role is required.

  • Demonstrated comprehensive understanding of HR functions and industry best practices is essential.

  • Superior organizational skills and exceptional written and verbal communication abilities are crucial.

  • Utmost discretion and unwavering commitment to confidentiality in handling sensitive information are non-negotiable.

  • Advanced proficiency in MS Office suite and proven experience with HRIS software are imperative.
