Nos équipes ont à cœur d’accueillir avec élégance notre clientèle dans nos 124 chambres et suites, 5 salles de réunions, et à notre restaurant Les Cocottes ou au Bar Le Sorsi, lieu de rendez-vous incontournable du voisinage.
Dans le cadre d’un remplacement de congé parental, nous recherchons un.e Talent Acquisition & Development Manager à compter du 23 juin 2025 jusqu'à fin septembre 2025.
Rattaché.e à la Directrice des Ressources Humaines et en étroite collaboration avec l’ensemble du Service des Ressources Humaines, vous êtes en charge principalement du recrutement, de la formation et du développement RH dans le respect de la législation et de notre Marque Sofitel.
Vos missions seront les suivantes :
Recrutement :
- Diffusion des offres d’emploi sur les sites dédiés,
- Sélection des candidats, réponse aux candidatures reçues, préqualification téléphonique et entretiens,
- Participation aux forums de recrutement et développement des relations écoles.
- Recrutement des apprentis et suivi des dossiers sur l’OPCO AKTO.
Formation :
- Gestion des plans de formations, recueil des besoins auprès des chefs de service, gestion administrative (contact organismes, inscriptions, suivi des factures…)
- Gestion de l’extranet de formations propre à la marque,
- Animation de formations internes.
Développement RH :
- Gestion de carrière : suivi des entretiens annuels d'évaluation et entretiens professionnels,
- Organisation et animation des événements internes : Animation cafétéria, goûter des succès, déjeuner des apprentis, séances de bien-être, fête du personnel etc.,
- Gestion de la communication RH interne.

- Expérience similaire de 2 ans minimum
- Excellent savoir-être et bonne communication
- Connaissance de l’hôtellerie restauration
- Maîtrise de l’anglais et des outils bureautique
