We are seeking a passionate and enthusiastic Human Resources professional to enhance our Talent & Culture team. This is an exciting opportunity to develop your skills in Human Resources while directly supporting the Talent & Culture Manager.

- Lead initiatives to foster a positive workplace culture and employee engagement.
- End-to-end recruitment activity, maintaining a strong talent pipeline.
- HRIS management, data entry and maintain employee records.
- Onboarding and offboarding, conduct First Day Inductions with new team members.
- Provide coaching and support to leaders on talent administration, training and performance management.
- Handle team member grievances with professionalism and sensitivity.
- Regularly review and update the hotel induction process to reflect changing conditions and ensure all new employees receive comprehensive training.
- Assist in reward and recognition programs, and delivering training sessions.
- Ensure health, safety and welfare of all staff is provided for and assist in the effective operation of the WHS Committee.
- Holds a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field.
- Experienced HR generalist with a passion for workplace culture.
- Strong communicator with the ability to engage diverse teams.
- Creative problem solver with the ability to genuinely connect with others.
- Strong attention to detail, organisational skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Previous hospitality experience is highly regarded.
- Full working rights in Australia.
