ABOUT THE ROLE
•Lead HR Operations: Oversee all HR functions, including onboarding, offboarding, and payroll, ensuring smooth processes and compliance.
•Foster Employee Engagement: Drive cultural initiatives to boost morale and create a positive workplace.
•Pre-opening Setup: Establish HR systems and processes from scratch during the hotel’s pre-opening phase.
•Progressive Hiring: Recruit key managerial and supervisory roles, ensuring a phased and strategic team build.
YOUR SKILLS & EXPERIENCES
•HR Expertise: 8+ years Strong experience in HR operations, including onboarding, offboarding, and payroll management.
•Leadership Skills: Proven ability to lead and inspire HR teams, ensuring efficiency and excellence across functions.
•Cultural Sensitivity: Skilled in developing programs that engage and motivate diverse teams.
Pre-opening Advantage: Experience in hotel or organizational pre-openings is a significant plus
