In Mariánské Lázně, we are opening a premium hotel with 125 rooms and suites, featuring the 105 Dining Lounge, The Bohemian Bar, our Swiss Café, and the rooftop "Pod Oblaky" Lifestyle Lounge. The hotel will also offer three conference rooms and a boardroom. A highlight of the property will be the Purovel Spa & Sport, combining Swiss precision with the spa tradition of Mariánské Lázně.

We are looking for a supervisor who will become the heart of our café – someone who can lead a team with grace, ensure smooth daily operations, and create an atmosphere where every guest feels welcome. WHAT WILL YOU DO?

As Café Supervisor, you’ll be the heart of our elegant on-site Swiss Café, leading your team to deliver warm, refined, and memorable service. You’ll ensure every cup and every guest interaction reflects the high standards of Swissôtel hospitality.

• Lead daily café operations – manage the floor, assign tasks, and ensure seamless coffee and light dining service throughout the day.
• Inspire and support your team – mentor baristas and service staff, guide new colleagues, and create an environment of teamwork and growth.
• Deliver high-quality service – uphold Swissôtel’s luxury service standards, respond to guest needs, and ensure a welcoming, polished atmosphere.
• Take operational responsibility – oversee opening and closing duties, control inventory and supplies, ensure proper use of café equipment, and manage billing and cash handling.
• Work cross-functionally – coordinate with the kitchen, front office, and maintenance teams to ensure a smooth, guest-focused operation.
• Uphold hygiene and safety – ensure cleanliness, enforce HACCP guidelines, and monitor all safety standards in the café.

WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR? 

• The ideal candidate brings leadership, professionalism, and a passion for hospitality to every shift.
• Experience in café, barista, or restaurant management (minimum 3 years in a supervisory role)
• Strong barista skills and knowledge of specialty coffee preparation
• Excellent communication in Czech and German; English is a strong advantage
• Previous experience in a 4 or 5-star hotel is advantage
• Strong team leadership, organizational, and stress management skills
• Positive, detail-oriented, and excited to do things differently
