Apoiar o Gerente Geral na gestão do hotel, sendo responsável pelos resultados qualitativos e financeiros (custos e ocupação) da área de hospedagem e A&B, quando aplicável. Ser corresponsável pelo desenvolvimento, empoderamento e engajamento da equipe, colocando o cliente no “coração” de tudo o que for realizado, para que sua experiência seja única e inesquecível.
- Superior em Administração de Empresas, Hotelaria, Turismo, ou compatível
- Gestão de Pessoas
- Desejável MBA / Pós-Graduação em Gestão Financeira / Negócios / Pessoas, ou Hotelaria
- Desejável: Finanças, Vendas e RM
- Conhecimentos de Hospedagem e Alimentos & Bebidas
- Desejável Conhecimento de Sistemas Hoteleiros: Micros, Ópera, CM Back Office
