Estamos à procura de um (a) Sub Chefe de Cozinha talentoso e apaixonado para se juntar à nossa equipa culinária do renovado Novotel Lisboa. Como Sub Chefe de Cozinha, desempenhará um papel crucial no apoio ao Chefe de Cozinha na criação de experiências gastronómicas excepcionais para os nossos hóspedes.
- Ajude o Chefe de Cozinha nas operações diárias da cozinha e na preparação dos alimentos
- Colabore com a equipa culinária para desenvolver e executar menus inovadores
- Assegure elevados padrões de qualidade, apresentação e sabor dos alimentos
- Mantenha um ambiente de cozinha limpo e organizado, respeitando os regulamentos de HACCP
- Gerir os stocks e controlar os custos dos alimentos
- Formar e supervisionar o pessoal de cozinha júnior
- Participar no planeamento de menus e no desenvolvimento de receitas
- Ajude a criar pratos especiais e sazonais
- Assegurar um serviço alimentar atempado e eficiente durante as horas de ponta
- Contribua para o sucesso geral da cozinha, mantendo um ambiente de trabalho positivo e de colaboração
- Licenciatura em culinária ou diploma de uma escola de culinária reconhecida
- Mínimo de 2-3 anos de experiência numa cozinha profissional
- Forte conhecimento de técnicas culinárias, preparação e apresentação de alimentos
- Proficiência na operação e manutenção de equipamento de cozinha
- Excelentes capacidades de gestão do tempo e de multitarefas
- Capacidade de liderança demonstrada e competências de comunicação eficazes
- Certificação actualizada em matéria de segurança alimentar
- Conhecimento profundo de várias cozinhas e das tendências culinárias actuais
- Compreensão das restrições alimentares e gestão de alergénios
- Capacidade de trabalhar num ambiente de ritmo acelerado e lidar com situações de alta pressão
- Fluência em português; conhecimento de inglês é uma vantagem
- Flexibilidade para trabalhar à noite, fins-de-semana e feriados, conforme necessário
- Salário base bastante competitivo com insenção de horário incluída
