Our property features 324 elegantly appointed rooms, 13 versatile meeting spaces, and Coco’s Kitchen and Bar, which features a menu that celebrates local fish and seafood, focusing on premium regional produce. Join our vibrant culinary team as a casual Steward, where your attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness help set the stage for exceptional dining experiences. In this hands-on role, you’ll maintain the cleanliness and organisation of all kitchen and food preparation areas, ensuring a safe and efficient environment that meets the highest hygiene standards.

You’ll work closely with the chefs and kitchen team, assist with mise en place, and provide essential support across kitchen operations. If you're reliable, team-focused, and take pride in keeping things spotless behind the scenes, we’d love to have you on board.

You’ll Bring:

• A service-focused mindset with strong attention to detail

• Previous experience in a commercial kitchen is an advantage, but not essential
