Stagiaire Réceptionniste (H/F/X)

Situé en plein coeur de Lyon, le Mercure Lyon Centre Beaux-Arts propose 76 chambres réparties sur 5 étages avec deux types d’hébergement : Classique et Privilège, une salle petit-déjeuner de 35 places, une salle de réunion accueillant jusqu’à 15 personnes et un bar.
Avec un taux d’occupation annuel de 90%, nous accueillons une clientèle aussi bien affaire que loisirs, venant de France et de l’étranger.

Vos missions :
Relation client
• Accueillir le client dès son arrivée avec prévenance et attention
• Contribuer, par une relation chaleureuse et personnalisée, à sa fidélisation
• Prendre en compte et anticiper les besoins du client
•Répondre aux besoins de conciergerie (taxi, restaurant, …)
• Gérer les objections et remarques éventuelles du client ; veiller à apporter une réponse dans le meilleur délai possible
• Véhiculer l’image de l'hôtel
• Contribuer à faire vivre les concepts de la marque au quotidien
Technique métier / production
• Assurer les opérations liées à l'accueil et au départ du client dans le respect des procédures internes
• Renseigner le client sur les conditions de séjour, les formalités et les services proposés par l'hôtel
• Gérer les appels téléphoniques, les demandes par mail et la prise de réservation
Commercial / Vente
• Valoriser les différentes prestations de l’hôtel pour optimiser les ventes
• Valoriser le programme de fidélité du groupe et adapter ses argumentaires en fonction des besoins du client
Stage sous convention 39h/semaine

Vous êtes discret, attentif, organisé et possédez une bonne capacité à gérer plusieurs tâches.
Votre aisance relationnelle, votre sens de l’accueil et du service sont vos atouts.
Vous avez l'esprit de service et êtes animé(e) par la recherche de la satisfaction client.
Vous appréciez le travail en équipe, vous êtes dynamique, autonome, rigoureux (se) et responsable.
Vous maîtrisez la langue française et anglaise.
