- Gestion et support des projets RH
- Aide au processus de dotation et gestion des plateformes
- Mise en place de stratégies de recrutement des talents pour l’hôtel
- Préparer et participer à l’amélioration de l’orientation (intégration) des nouveaux collègues
- Gestion des médias sociaux (Présence sur Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.) et des stratégies marketing talent et culture
- Participer au développement des stratégies de rétention et d’accueil des employés
- Gestion des communications internes pour les collègues
- Participer à l’organisation et coordination des activités sociales aux collègues
- Participer aux divers comités de l’hôtel (comité social, comité Heartists, etc)
- Accueil des nouveaux collègues et présentation de l’hôtel
- Répondre aux demandes des collègues au bureau
- Toutes autres tâches reliées à ce poste
- Études universitaires en ressources humaines ou en hôtellerie sera considéré comme un atout;
- Anglais de niveau avancé est requis afin de soutenir une conversation avec notre clientèle majoritairement anglophone
- Capacité d’organisation, être structuré et avoir de l’autonomie
- Connaissance des logiciels Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Canva;
- Excellentes aptitudes interpersonnelles;
